Grilled Peach Crostini Recipe

This peach burrata crostini is the best summer starter! it begins with barbecued basil margarine toasts that are topped with burrata, peach and pancetta!

Ingredients

3 ounces pancetta, diced

1/3 cup unsalted margarine, relaxed

3 tablespoons slashed crisp basil

1 garlic clove, minced

squeeze of salt

1 enormous roll, cut into rounds

3 peaches, cut down the middle, pits evacuated

1 ball burrata cheddar

crisp basil, for enhancement

Steps to Make It

1-Preheat your barbecue to the most noteworthy setting.

2-Heat a skillet over medium-low warmth and include the diced pancetta.
