Ingredients

1/2 lbs Russet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic salt

pepper

1/2 tsp dried parsley

Method

1-Preheat stove to 400.



2-Peel potatoes and 3D square into ½ inch solid shapes

3-Place potatoes in a Ziploc sack and include olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley. Hurl until covered and place onto a foil-lined heating sheet that is lubed.

4-Bake for 20-22 minutes. Sear for an extra couple of minutes to help dark colored a bit and get firm.

5-Skillet headings: Using a 12-inch skillet or bigger, place olive oil (in addition to 1 tbs. margarine) and potatoes in huge skillet over medium warmth. Include potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes, hurling every so often. Season with garlic salt, pepper and parsley while cooking.
