Planning time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 12 minutes - Yield: 24 treats

Leave these treats plain, ice them in the wake of cooling, or dress them up with hued shining sugars sprinkled over top before preparing.

Ingredients

1 glass (225 g, or 2 sticks) unsalted margarine at room temperature

1 glass (200 g) granulated white sugar

1/4 glass (55 g) pressed light dark colored sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate

1 expansive egg

2 1/4 glasses (315 g) universally handy flour

1/2 teaspoon heating powder

1/2 teaspoon fit salt

To wrap up:

1/2 container (100 g) granulated white sugar

Steps to Make It

1-Preheat the stove: Preheat broiler to 375°F (190°C). Line a heating sheet with a silicon preparing mat or material paper.

2-Beat the spread and sugar: Place margarine, the two sugars and vanilla concentrate in the bowl of a stand blender fitted with an oar connection. Beat the fixings together until the margarine is light, feathery and sticks to the side of the bowl.

3-Add the egg and beat to consolidate. Rub down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

4-Add the flour, preparing powder and salt. Blend on low speed until the dry fixings are for the most part assimilated, at that point increment the speed until completely consolidated.

5-Chill the batter: Chill in the cooler for something like one hour or medium-term.

6-Shape the treats: Pinch off a chunk of batter. Move it between the palms of your hands to frame a ball approximately 1/2 creeps in distance across, about the extent of a pingpong ball.
Roll the mixture in the granulated white sugar and spot on the preparing sheet. Rehash, dispersing the treats around 2 inches separated.

7-Press the treats into plates: Use the level base of a glass to push down and structure thick circles around 2 inches wide. Sprinkle some additional sugar on each plate

8-Bake the treats: Bake at 375°F (190°C) 11 to 13 minutes, or until the edges of the treats are beginning to turn brilliant darker.
Give cool for 10 minutes on the heating sheet before moving treats to a wire a chance to rack to cool totally.

Store in a water/air proof compartment for as long as 3 days at room temperature.
